ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only if:
- Product is unused and unopened
- Original seal is intact
- Request is made within 7 days of delivery
NO REFUND CONDITIONS
- Opened or used products
- Broken seal
- Products without original packaging
- Requests after 7 days of delivery
REFUND PROCESS
- Once we receive and inspect the returned
product, refund will be initiated - Refund will be credited within
10-15 working days - Refund will be processed to original
